Alison is Cayley’s mother and the originator of the CLEAR Alert in Texas. She has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the natural sciences, and has worked in the environmental regulatory field for 28 years. Alison has successfully operated her own Texas limited liability company (LLC) for the past 14 years, providing consulting and compliance services to commercial, industrial, and municipal operators. Alison brings her track record of proven business experience, plus a Mom’s determination, to Cayley’s Calling.

Lawrence is Cayley’s step-father, and is the primary provider of logistical support to Cayley’s Calling. A licensed Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) and an aerospace engineering graduate of Texas A&M University, Lawrence works as a Flight Controller for the International Space Station (ISS). He is also the owner of Baitland Engineerin
Lawrence is Cayley’s step-father, and is the primary provider of logistical support to Cayley’s Calling. For the past 12 years, Lawrence has also assisted with regulatory filings and has developed mobile officing and computing solutions for his wife Alison’s consulting company.

Paul is a licensed realtor and real estate investment manager in the greater Houston area. He is the mutual friend who introduced Cayley’s parents to each other more than a quarter-century ago. A sailing enthusiast, Paul brings both commercial business know-how and nonprofit 501c7 operational experience to Cayley’s Calling.

Richard recently retired from Shell Oil Company as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Richard is a long-time family friend, and Cayley served as a flower girl in his wedding party. Richard offers his creative input, insightful strategic perspectives, and high ethical standards to Cayley’s Calling.
